GWGA Local Rules
Established by GWGA Rules Committee June 2005

• Lift, Clean and Place 1 scorecard length in own fairway – no nearer the hole.
• Embedded ball rule is in effect through the green.
• Treat all roads and cart paths as obstructions.
• Nearest point of relief is given from the exposed ledge in the fairway on holes #9, #14, and #18.
•  The chain link fence on holes #8 & #9 define out of bounds.  There is no relief from the fence.
• Hole #15 – If first ball goes into water:  Option #1 is proceed to drop area hitting 3 or Option #2 is hit 3rd from tee.  If second ball goes into water, must go to drop area hitting 5.
•  Stake Designation

  Red: Lateral water hazard
  Yellow: Water hazard
  White: Out of bounds
  Blue: Ground under repair

  NOTE:  Hole #7 has a lateral hazard behind the green. Holes #11 and #12 have lateral hazards on right side.

  NOTE:  Hole #17 – Drainage ditch right of cart path, free relief to the right only (club length plus stance).  If there is casual water on right, drop on left.)
